Liked exceptional and incredible staff and fairly large hotel.
Immaculately clean hotel with a nice design and delightful views, it has an unbeatable location not far from downtown and the beach, and nice restaurants. The roof top bar was nice and the drinks were good.

Really big bed in the double room, plus a mini-bar, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Easy and comfortable location, in the very center. Also - short walk to tulum beach and tulum Pueblo, the town centre, and supermarket.

The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast and dinner, I tried appetising dishes. A safe box, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card were standard, but I thoroughly enjoyed that. Its stunning, central location was a plus. The pool was excellent and I had good drinks in the rooftop bar. All the staff were flexible, accommodating: )

Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Tulum. Came here for 6 night stay, had a special experience. The location was ideal and easy, in a mountain of paper all stapled together with easy access to a supermarket and shops. I often went to Taqueria Honorio to pick up some food. My room was good-sized, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The personnel were extremely friendly and flexible.

Easy location of the hotel, not far from the beach and the Main Street, big supermarket and all sort off restaurants and beaches. Again, walking distance to Super Chedraui. Very helpful staff, brand-new deluxe quadruple room. Plenty of tasty options for meal.

The location was exceptionally nice, just next door to town too and a taxi for a decent price and all sort off restaurants with a stunningly beautiful view from our room over city. The room we got was well decorated and the personnel was attentive.

Everything was very good, so were delightful views at all the jungle. The location was perfect, to the Cancun airport and the interior design was nice. And it's at a short distance from El capitan, ate there once or twice.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a relaxing area, next to restaurants around the area and the beach and the Main Street in Tulum and city centre in like 10-15 minutes walking. I had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was good. Tastefully decorated a double room and the bed was large.

The hotel was overall clean with brand-new and nicely decorated rooms and flexible staff. A safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar in the room and the very comfy bed. A truly beautiful area, ideal and exceptionally nice location short walk to the city center of Tulum, a mountain of paper all stapled together, and the beach. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Emilia Restaurant, located 10 min away.
